During this period hundreds of large office buildings in Prague and over a hundred shopping centers we built, encompassing all regions. Also, a very large number of logistic projects was completed as the Czech Republic has a very advantageous location in the middle of Europe. All this lead to large amount of different tenants coming to the Czech Republic seeking either offices, retails space or warehouse space.
