We exclusively advised a group of Czech and US scientists in a joint venture with MEDICEM, a well-known integrated group of biomedical companies focusing on research, development and the commercialization of innovative medical devices, for instance, artificial skin and eye lenses. The deal of such nature and worth is very rare on Czech market. The whole process was overseen by our top biomedical specialists Monika Rutland and banking and finance expert Josef Otčenáček, who were supported by the team of associates.
