Petr Šedivý is a paralegal who has been part of the rutland & partners team for over a year.

Petr has several years of experience in various fields of the law. He specializes in corporate law, and in particular in the establishment of Czech companies. During his career he has also obtained experience in the area of offshore holding structures. For that reason, Petr is able to effectively assist you with quick and efficient incorporation of a new Czech company, or in the purchase of a ready-made company, as well as any other corporate governance issues or shareholding changes that may arise.

In the recent past, Petr temporarily handled all the immigration cases of our law firm’s clients. During that relatively short time, he became a valued expert in the key issues and the specifics of Czech immigration law. He can therefore effectively provide advice in the area of Czech Immigration procedures.

Petr is currently broadening the scope of his expertise by focusing on more complex business transactions, in particular those related to real estate.
