Lenka Morávková joined us in 2014 and was admitted to the Czech Bar Association in January 2018. She specialises in immigration, Czech visas and citizenship.
Lenka graduated in law from Charles University in Prague and spent a year studying in Germany at Universität Hamburg. Since 2015, she has represented many foreigners living in the Czech Republic and foreign clients and advises them on immigration and citizenship issues.
She provides immigration services to persons who wish to relocate to the Czech Republic. For clients already residing in the Czech Republic, she can assist them with resolving difficulties in extending visas or permits for long or short-term residence and in obtaining permanent residence. She also has experience in preparing relocation plans for corporate clients.
In the area of citizenship law, she represents permanent residents in the standard application process for Czech citizenship, as well as children and grandchildren of Czech and Czechoslovak citizens applying for Czech citizenship by descent. More than fifty Czech passport holders over the last three years can testify that Lenka works efficiently and is very successful in her work. Lenka also cooperates with various organizations that associate Czech citizens living abroad and provides them with information about changes in legislation concerning Czech citizenship and residence in the Czech Republic so that their members know about their rights to citizenship and permanent residence in their native country.
